Fraction Flash Cards & Memory Matching Game
We started a fraction unit this week and some of my second graders have been struggling to understand them. We’ve only done two days of instruction, but I can already see that they need a bit of extra practice in this area.
So I created some Fraction Flash Cards and a Memory Game that they can use over the coming weeks.

These are simple flash cards that we will use whole group to review the names orally and as a memory matching game.

They are designed to be used in two different ways. One way, if you cut the cards apart, is as a matching or concentration game. The second way is for students to use it as flash cards. Instead of cutting on the dotted line, fold it and glue the two sides together.

The package contains fractions for part of a set, part of a whole, and cards that match the word and number form.

This package, coupled with my equivalent fractions chart, will hopefully be perfect for helping them understand and master fractions.
It’s in my TPT store and on sale for the last little bit of the Cyber Monday sale!
